Pouria HOSSEINNIA
Ingénieur d'étudePrésentation
Pouria Hosseinnia obtained his PhD in 2014 from the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and Royan Institute in Iran, his PhD dissertation was in the field of Animal Genetic and reproductive biotechnology. Then he moved to Sweden, as a Research scholar in the laboratory of Bettina MÜLLER in the department of Molecular Biology at the Swedish university of Agriculture in 2019, afterward he started a new career in the reproductive biology division of the clinical science department of SLU in 2020. In 2022, Dr. Pouria became a postdoctoral fellow at iGReD in Clermont-Ferrand, France, where he involved in the research projects: the molecular mechanisms of cell differentiation in the early mouse embryo, also role of environmental cues in dynamic regulation of body axis in vertebrates.
Recherche
In the Chazaud team, I am studying the Role of Netrin-1 in early embryo development and second cell lineage segregation (using wild type and gene modified mouse).
In the Guillot team, I focused on understanding how changing the folate levels affect NMP cell state ( with emphasis on scRNA seq technique). My daily work includes bioinformatic analysis of single cell RNA sequencing using Seurat packages.
