On the occasion of the OpenLabs Days organized by the Clermont Auvergne Cancer Group (GCCA) on June 18, 2026, the institute’s PhD students and postdoctoral researchers were delighted to welcome several groups of patients into their laboratories.

This initiative provided visitors with a unique opportunity to discover the research activities carried out by our teams and to engage directly with the early-career researchers involved in the institute’s various projects. Through presentations of ongoing research and guided tours of experimental facilities, participants gained valuable insights into the challenges, approaches, and methods of cancer research.

These interactions help strengthen the dialogue between researchers and patients, fostering a better understanding of scientific advances and their potential impact on cancer diagnosis, treatment, and patient care.
