The Shared Technical Service - STP - is a platform that provides all the glassware, consumables, media and solutions required by the research teams.
The Service is located on the 4th floor of the Institute (room 433) and has annexes on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
It is composed of 5 people.

Missions
The missions of the STP are :
- Collecting, washing, sterilising, repackaging and redistributing dishes and consumables
- Preparation of about thirty different solutions, sterile or not, available for the whole Institute
- Management of consumables for the “Drosophila” teams , preparation of nutrient media and waste disposal
- Feeding the central stock and the stocks on the floors
- Evacuation of biological waste and routine waste
- Management of laboratory linen
- Preparation and installation of teaching workshops.
